🔑 Şifremi unuttum, ne yapmalıyım?
Uygulamadaki giriş ekranındaki "Şifremi Unuttum" bağlantısına dokunun. E-posta adresinizi yazın; 30 dakika geçerli olacak bir şifre sıfırlama bağlantısı e-posta kutunuza gelir. E-posta gelmezse spam klasörünüzü kontrol edin veya bize yazın.
💳 Aboneliğimi nasıl iptal ederim?
Abonelik iptali Apple App Store ve Google Play üzerinden yapılır (uygulama içinden değil):
- iPhone: Ayarlar > [Adınız] > Abonelikler > TurnFit AI > İptal
- Android: Google Play > Profil > Ödemeler ve abonelikler > Abonelikler > TurnFit AI > İptal
İptal sonrası, ödediğiniz dönemin sonuna kadar Premium özelliklere erişiminiz devam eder.
💸 Para iadesi nasıl alırım?
Ödemeler Apple/Google üzerinden yapıldığı için iadeyi de ilgili mağazadan talep etmeniz gerekir:
- App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google Play: Satın alımdan sonra 48 saat içinde tek tıkla iade — play.google.com > Sipariş Geçmişi
🗑️ Hesabımı nasıl silerim?
Uygulamadan: Ayarlar > Hesap > Hesabımı Sil
Uygulamaya erişiminiz yoksa bize support@turnfitai.com üzerinden yazın, 7 iş günü içinde silme talebinizi işleme alırız.
🤖 AI Koç yanlış kalori söylüyor
Bir yiyecek için kalori veya makro hatası gördüyseniz, lütfen söz konusu mesajın üzerine uzun basın ve "Bildir" seçeneğini kullanın. Veritabanımızı sürekli iyileştiriyoruz; bildiriminiz bizim için çok değerli.
📷 Yemek fotoğrafı tanımadı / yanlış tanıdı
AI sistemi her zaman %100 doğru olmayabilir. Hatalı tanıma durumunda "Düzelt" butonuna basıp doğru yemeği manuel olarak seçebilirsiniz. Tüm düzeltmeler sistemi öğretir.

Bu entegrasyonlar v1.1 sürümünde planlanmıştır (yaklaşık 2026 Eylül).

🔑 I forgot my password — what now?
Tap "Forgot Password" on the sign-in screen. Enter your email — you'll receive a reset link valid for 30 minutes. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder or contact us.
💳 How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscription cancellation is done through the Apple App Store or Google Play (not from within the app):
- iPhone: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > TurnFit AI > Cancel
- Android: Google Play > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > TurnFit AI > Cancel
After cancellation, Premium access continues until the end of your paid period.
💸 How do I get a refund?
Payments are processed by Apple/Google, so refund requests must go through the respective store:
- App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google Play: 48-hour one-click refund — play.google.com > Order history
🗑️ How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings > Account > Delete My Account
If you no longer have access to the app, email us at support@turnfitai.com and we'll process your deletion request within 7 business days.
🤖 AI Coach gave wrong calorie info
If you see incorrect calorie or macro information for a food, long-press the message and tap "Report". We constantly improve our database — your report is very valuable.
📷 Food photo not recognized / wrong recognition
AI is not 100% accurate. Tap "Correct" to manually select the right food. All corrections help train our system.
⌚ When will Apple Health / Google Fit be supported?
These integrations are planned for v1.1 (around September 2026).
